Project Description
Our 1st Wheat beer at CRBC. Produced with the local Chapter of “Brewsters” with $1 per pint going to the center for women. After the Ale had completed fermentation, we introduced a local watermelon Puree to the cellar. The watermelons are from Red Rooster Organics in Lexington grown with no insecticides in spent grain from a brewery in Columbia. Simply delicious!
