Project Description
After securing some high demand hops, we decided we would make our own version of an “IPA” to celebrate our opening. This heavy hop profile Ale gets IT’S citrus and peach aroma from both Simcoe and Citra hops. Both dawning from Washington State, these hops have a tropical flavor and a piney finish. To add balance and flavor, caramel malts were added.
