Project Description
This stout is patterned after the Irish dry stouts popular in Europe since the 1700’s. Our version
contains a mixture of black barley and roasted malt to give it a dark color and toasted flavor. The touch of sweetness from the pale malt is balanced by the Northern brewer hops. This is a classically brewed stout perfect for all year enjoyment.
